Porotos granados con mazamorra
Ingredientes:
2 kilos de porotos granados
½ kilo de zapallo
cantidad deseada hojas de albahaca
½ kilo de zapallo
cantidad deseada hojas de albahaca
1 taza de choclo en grano
Pino:
1 cebolla picada
3 dientes de ajo picados
300 gr. de carne molida
1 cucharada de manteca o grasa
1 cucharada de aceite
1/2 cucharadita de orégano
½ cucharadita de pimienta y sal a gusto

1/2 cucharada de ají de color
Masamorra:
3 choclos chilenos picados
hojas de albahaca cantidad deseada
1 aji verde (optativo)
semillas verdes de cilandro ó un rimillete de hojas.
Preparación:
Desgrane y lave los porotos. Troce el zapallo en cubos de 2 cms y heche a cocer junto con las hojas de albahaca en un 1Lt 1/2 de agua caliente, cuando suerte el hervor deje cocinar tapado y a fuego lento por 40 a 50 min. y en los últimos 10min. agregue la taza de choclo. Pique la cebolla y el ajo en cuadritos pequeños y fría en el aceite junto con la carne y las especias cuando todo este bien cocido agregue el ají de color y reserve. pele y lave los choclo desgrane y mete en una licuadora junto con un poco de leche liquida, hojas de albahaca, cilandro y el aji, licue hasta formar una pasta.Mescle la fritura con los porotos y el zapallo, agregue la mazamorra de choclo revuelva lentamente la preparación, Cocine 15 minutos más, siempre revolviendo para evitar que se pegue. Al final, bata el guiso con la cuchara, para que parte del zapallo se deshaga. Agregue agua fría o leche si queda muy espeso.
acompañar con: Una exquisita ensalada de tomate a la chilena.(tomate en rodajas, cebolla en pluma, cilandro picado, aceite y sal a gusto)
Tip: Para que la cebolla suavice su sabor recomiendo que una ves picada se ponga en un bol junto con agua hervida y azúcar hasta que esta enfrié y luego lavar con abundante agua fría.
